BT roles are hourly and typically start as part time, with opportunities to add cases / sessions after gaining experience on our team. Weekly schedules are created collaboratively and according to staff preferences, availability and caseload fit. CBT licensing is provided and a college degree is not required. BTs receive extensive ongoing training and mentorship. As of Fall 2024, we are not currently hiring BTs - however we always appreciate connecting with interested candidates to explore collaboration opportunities.
