Our Services
Growing together.
Grow provides play-based, individual-directed, neurodiversity-affirming therapy services using strategies informed by the compassionate and reformed aspects of Applied Behavior Analysis. We’re here to collaboratively determine which combination of services will best meet the needs of your child and family.
1:1 Sessions & Intensive Early Intervention
Direct sessions in your home, school or community setting, implemented by a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Depending on individual needs, programs can involve up to 10-20 hours/week of direct service time and 2-4 hours/week of BCBA supervision and support.
Parent & Caregiver Coaching
Caregivers and families partner with BCBA coaches to focus on goal setting and development of strategies for use in the home and community. Progress is facilitated on a routine basis and ongoing problem solving is incorporated.
Team & School Collaboration
Team meetings with related service providers and school teams are conducted in order to coordinate goals and progress across settings and strategies, and exchange ideas for optimizing support and growth.
Behavioral Consulting
Consultations with parents, schools, caregivers or related service providers to address specific problem solving needs. Can include functional behavior assessment and development of a behavior support plan, along with training and oversight.
Peer Groups
Small group-based services hosted at our office space and throughout the community. Peers are present in order to facilitate learner-led connection.
